Abstract

Bu araştırma Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi, Mudurnu Süreyya Astarcı Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda 2009-2011 yılları arasında
yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada Salvia officinalis L. ve Salvia tomentosa L. türleri kullanılmış olup, türlerin çiçeklenme öncesi, %50 çiçeklenme
ve tam çiçeklenme dönemlerinde olmak üzere 3 biçimleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve her biçim döneminde bitki boyu, yeşil herba verimi, yeşil
yaprak verimi, drog herba verimi ve drog yaprak verimi değerleri belirlenmiştir. 2010 ve 2011 yıllarında S.officinalis L.’de ortalama bitki
boyu 19.00-58.50 cm, yeşil herba verimi 184.63-2001.85 kg/da, yeşil yaprak verimi 129.78-1070.63 kg/da, drog yaprak verimi 29.19-436.77
kg/da ve drog herba verimi 36.60-1293.58 kg/da arasında değerler alırken; S. tomentosa L. türünde ortalama değerler sırasıyla 15.67-62.17
cm, 221.76.30-1633.33 kg/da, 161.72-564.33 kg/da, 45.57- 326.54 kg/da, 85.18-652.19 kg/da arasında değişim göstermiştir.

Abstract

This study was carried out at Abant İzzet Baysal University, Mudurnu Süreyya Astarcı Vocational Higher School in the years of 20092011. S. officinalis L. and S. tomentosa L. were used as a material, and species were harvested in three different stages which were before flowering, in 50% of flowering, and full flowering, and plant height, fresh herb yield, fresh leaf yield, drug herb yield and drug leaf yield were determined in each cutting period. In 2010 and 2011 years, average plant height, fresh herb yield, fresh leaf yield, drug leaf yield and drug herb yield were 19.00-58.50 cm, 184.63-2001.85 kg/da, 129.78-1070.63 kg/da, 29.19-436.77 kg/da and 36.60-1293.58 kg/da in S.officinalis, respectively and, 15.67-62.17 cm, 221.76.30-1633.33 kg/da, 161.72-564.33 kg/da, 45.57- 326.54 kg/da and 85.18-652.19 kg/da in S. tomentosa L., respectively
