Trakya-Marmara Bölgesine Uygun Yulaf Genotiplerinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışma, 2008-2009 üretim sezonunda Trakya Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme arazisinde, Üçlü Latis Deneme Desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. 36 adet yulaf çeşit ve hattının kullanıldığı denemede, 6 adet standart çeşit yer almıştır. Islah çalışmaları sonucu geliştirilen genotiplerin tane verimi ve kalite açısından performanslarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda tane verimi, kış zararı, bitki boyu, salkım çıkarma tarihi, olgunlaşma tarihi, yatma ile kalite unsurlarından bin tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı ve protein oranları incelenmiştir. Yapılan varyans analiz sonucunda tane verimi, protein oranı, 1000 tane ve hektolitre ağırlıkları yönünden genotipler arasındaki farklılık istatistikî olarak önemli bulunmuştur. Genotiplerin tane verimi 237.3-650.2 kg/da, bitki boyu 90- 150 cm, bin tane ağırlığı 18.8-35.8 g, hektolitre ağırlığı 43.9-61.6 kg/hl ve protein oranı % 12.6-15.9 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Tane verimi yönünden 650.2 kg/da ile en yüksek tane verimine 30 nolu hat ulaşırken bunu sırasıyla 646.8 kg/da ile 32 nolu ve 642.5 kg/da ile 24 nolu genotipler takip etmiştir. Tane verimi yönünden 30 hattın 17’si standartlar içerisinde en yüksek verime sahip Checota (443.5 kg/da ) çeşidinden daha yüksek olmuştur. Gerek yatmaya ve soğuğa dayanıklı gerekse verim yönünden öne çıkan iki hat (30 ve 24 nolu hatlar) için 2011 yılında tescil başvurusu yapılmıştır

The Determination of Suitable Oat Genotypes in Trakya-Marmara Region

Abstract

This study was carried out at the experimental field of Trakya Agricultural Research Institute in a triple lattice design with three replications in 2008-2009 growing season. Thirty-six oat genotypes were used which is composed of six check cultivars and thirty advanced lines, in this study. The aim of this study was to determine of the performances of new varieties developed by breeding studies in terms of grain yield and quality. In the study, grain yield, winter kill, plant height, panicle emergence date, maturity date, lodging and some quality components of housand kernel weight, test weight and protein rate were investigated. According to the results obtained from analyses, differences between genotypes in respect to grain yield, 1000 kernel weight, test weight and protein rate were found statistically important. The results obtained in grain yields 237.3-650.2 kg/da, plant height 90-150 cm, 1000 kernel weight 18.8-35.8 g, test weight 43.9-61.6 kg/hl and protein rate % 12.6-15.9. The highest yield were found line number 30, 32 and 24 with 650.2 kg/da, 646.8 kg/da and 642.5 kg/da respectively. In terms of grain yield in 17 advanced lines were found higher than Checota cultivar (443.5 kg/da). For the purpose of lodging and winter hardiness resistance and yield, two lines with number 30 and 24, were offered to registration in 2011
