Bazı Üzüm Çeşitlerinin Kazova (Tokat-Turhal) Koşullarındaki Fenolojik Özellikleri İle Etkili Sıcaklık Toplamı (Est) İsteklerinin Saptanması

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Kazova Vasfi Diren Tarım İşletmesinde (Tokat-Turhal) yetiştirilen 2’si sofralık (1’i beyaz, 1’i kırmızı), 8’i şaraplık ve şıralık (4’ü siyah,
4’ü beyaz) üzüm çeşidinin fenolojik özellikleri ( sürme, çiçeklenme, meyve tutumu, ben düşme, olgunlaşma) ile ürünün olgunlaşması için gerekli Etkili
Sıcaklık Toplamı (EST) isteklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2006 ve 2007 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Gözlerde sürme 2006 yılında 14-20 Nisan,2007 de ise
2-11 Mayıs; tam çiçeklenme 3-14 Haziran, tane tutumu 6-15 Haziran, ben düşme 1-29 Ağustos, olgunlaşma ise 29 Ağustos-3 Ekim arasında yoğunlaşmıştır.
Üzüm çeşitlerinde gözlenen farklı fenolojik safhalar çeşit ve yıllara göre değişiklik göstermiştir. En erken olgunlaşan çeşit Çavuş, en geç olgunlaşan çeşitler
Boğazkere ve Öküzgözü olmuştur. Tam çiçeklenmeden hasada kadar geçen süre 86 gün (Çavuş) ile 122 gün (Öküzgözü, Boğazkere) arasında değişmiştir.
Uyanmadan hasada kadar EST 1550,46 gün-derece (Çavuş) ile 1859,2 gün-derece (Boğazkere) arasında hesaplanmıştır.

Determination of Phenological Characters and Effective Heat Summations Required for Maturation of Some Grapes Cultivars Grown in Kazova Region (Tokat-Turhal)

Abstract

This study has been carried out to determine the phendagical characters (bud-burst, blooming, fruit-set, veraison, ripening) and effect heat summations (EHS) required for maturation of 2 Table ( 1 white, 1 red), and 8 wine (4 black, 4 white,) grape cultivars grown in Vasfi Diren Agricultural Enterprise in Kazova region (Tokat) in 2006 and 2007. Phenenological characters were intensified in 14-15 of April in 2006, 2-11 of May in 2007 for bud-burst; 3-14 of June for fruit-set, 1-29 of August for veraison, 29 of August and 3 of October for ripening. The date of the different phenology stages of grapes cultivars varied according to varieties and years. The earliest ripening time was Çavuş variety, whereas the latest ripening time was Boğazkere and Öküzgözü cultivars. Number of days varied from 86 (Çavuş) to 122 (Öküzgözü, Boğazkere) for the period from full flowering to harvest time. Effect heat summation for budbreak to maturity was determined 1550,46 degree-days in Çavuş and 1859,2 degree-days in Boğazkere
