Porsuk Baraj Gölü Epipelik Diyatome Frustullerinde Makro ve Mikro Element Konsantrasyonlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 2009 – 2010 yılları arasında porsuk baraj göleti su, sediment ve diyatome frustullerinde bazı makro ve mikro element
seviyeleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Aynı zamanda Porsuk Baraj Göleti sonuçları, kirlilikten uzak bir alan olarak bilinen Gürleyik Çayı sonuçları
ile de karşılaştırılmıştır. Porsuk Baraj Göleti’nden 25 takson tespit edilirken Gürleyik Çayı’ndan 45 takson tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmamızın sonuçları
Porsuk Baraj Göleti su ve sedimentinin metallerce kontamine olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca çalışmamız sonuçları diyatome frustullerinin bazı
metalleri (Al, Fe, Se, Zn, B, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb ve Si) çevrelerinden daha fazla biriktirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Determination of Macro and Micro Elements Concentrations in Epipelic Diatom Frustules in Porsuk Dam Lake

Abstract

In this study, macro and micro element concentrations in water, sediment and epipelic diatom frustules were investigated in Porsuk Dam Lake between 2009 and 2010. In addition Porsuk dam Lake results was compared with Gürleyik River, which is known as unpolluted area, results. 25 taxon were determined in Porsuk Dam Lake while 45 taxon were determined in Gürleyik River. Furthermore, results of the present study is shown that both Porsuk Dam Lake water and sediment are contaminated with metals. Furthermore, in diatoms can accumulate some metals (such as Al, Fe, Se, Zn, B, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb and Si) much higher than their environment in their frustules
