Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi Doğal Alanlarından Toplanan Bazı Mürdümük Taksonlarında (Lathyrus spp.) Kalite Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi doğal meralarından toplanan 6 farklı mürdümük taksonunda (Lathyrus annuus, L. aphace,
L. cicera, L. gloesperum, L. inconspicus var. inconspicus ve L. sativus) kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür.
Araştırmada, Lathyrus taksonlarında ham protein (HP) değeri ortalama %21.85, kuru ot/yeşil ot (KO/YO) %19.98, asit deterjanda
çözünmeyen lif (ADF) % 28.19, nötral deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (NDF) %38.53, sindirilebilir kuru madde (SKM) %67.0, kuru madde
tüketimi (KMT) 3.12 ve nispi yem değerleri (NYD) 162.3, fosfor (P) % 0.39, potasyum (K) %2.75, kalsiyum (Ca) %1.23 ve magnezyum
(Mg) %0.27 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
Taksonların incelenen kalite değerleri oran olarak sırasıyla, HP %18.41-24.37, KO/YO %15.42-24.21, ADF %22.9-31.98, NDF
%36.00-42.40, SKM %64.0-71.1, KMT 2.83-3.33, NYD %141.9-183.5, P %0.37-0.40, K %1.96-3.40, Ca %1.00-1.34 ve Mg %0.20-0.33
aralıklarında değişmiştir. Ham protein bakımından, Lathyrus sativus, L. inconspicus var. inconspicus, L. aphace, ve L. cicera; ADF
bakımından, L. inconspicus var. inconspicus; NDF bakımından L. annuus; Mineral maddelerden Ca ve K bakımından L. aphace; Mg
bakımından L. inconspicus var. inconspicus; P bakımından ise L. sativus en yüksek değerleri vermişlerdir.

Determination of Quality Characters of Some Grass Pea Taxa (Lathyrus spp.) Collected in Natural Areas of Southeastren Anatolia Region of Turkey

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine quality characters of 6 Lathyrus taxon (Lathyrus annuus, L. aphace, L. cicera, L. gloesperum, L. inconspicus var. inconspicus and L. sativus) collected from natural lands of Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. In this study, the average crude protein (CP) values Lathyrus taxa 21.85%, dry herbage/green herbage (DH/GH) 19.98%, acid detergent fiber (ADF) 28.19%, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) 38.53%, digestible dry matter (DDM) 67.0%, dry matter intake (DMI) 3.12, relative feed values (RFV) 162.3, phosphor (P) 0.39%, potassium (K) 2.75%, calcium (Ca) 1.23%, magnesium (Mg) 0.27%. Taxa examined, as a ratio of quality values, respectively, CP 18.41-24.37%, DH/GH 15.42-24.21%, ADF 22.9-31.98%, NDF 36.042.4%, DDM 64.0-71.1%, DMI 2.83-3.33, RFV 141.9-183.5, P 0.37-0.4%, K 1.96-3.4%, Ca 1.0-1.34% and Mg 0.2-0.33% between have changed. Taxa compared in terms of quality; the highest values for CP Lathyrus sativus, L. inconspicus var. inconspicus, L. aphace, ve L. cicera;, ADF L. inconspicus var. inconspicus, NDF L. annuus; K and Ca and L. aphace; Mg L. inconspicus var. inconspicus; P L. sativus gave the highest values
