Abstract
21. yy. da giderek etkisi artan biyolojik çeşitlilik kayıpları bugüne kadar insanlık tarihinde görülememiş bir hızla yok olma eğilimindedir. Bu küresel, süreci “durdurmak ve tersine çevirmek” için etkili ve uygulanabilir, küresel birleşmeye dayalı bir acil eylem planına gereksinim vardır. Bu bağlamda COP 15 ve çerçeve sözleşmesi GBF adeta küresel bir dönüm noktasıdır. Özellikle
