16. Yüzyılda Yazılan Tefsirlerden Mucîruddîn Uleymî’nin Fethu’r-rahman Adlı Tefsirinin Mukaddimesi Üzerine Monografik Bir İnceleme
Öz
Hanbeli fakihi ve ünlü tarihçi Ebü’l-Yümn Mucîruddîn el-Uleymî (öl. 928/1522), otuz yılı aşkın süre Kudüs kadılığı yapmıştır. Onun kaleme aldığı eserlerden biri olan Fethu’r-rahmân fî tefsîri’l-Kur’ân, Hicrî 10. (Miladî 16.) yüzyılın başlarında telif edilmiş kıymetli bir çalışmadır. Bu eser, dö-nemin tefsir literatürüne ışık tutan zengin içeriğiyle dikkat çeker. Eserde, müellifin tarihçi kişiliğinin yansıması olarak tarihî şahıs ve olaylara dair detaylı bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca bir kadı olması sebebiyle dört mezhebin fıkıh görüşlerine özetle yer verilmiştir. el-Uleymî’nin tefsirindeki kıraat bilgileri, yaptığı analizler ve ortaya koyduğu tercihler de ilmi açıdan değerlidir. İbnü’l-Cezerî (öl. 833/1429) sonrası dönemde yaşaması nedeniyle, dönemin birikimine vakıf olarak kıraat alanında detaylı açıklamalar sunmuştur. Bu çalışma, tefsirin mukaddimesini farklı yönleriyle ele almayı amaçlamaktadır. Mukaddime, müellifin Kur’ân tarihi ve ilimleri, tefsir usulü ve yöntem tercihlerine ilişkin yaklaşımını yansıtan kapsamlı bir çerçeve sunar. Özellikle on kıraat imamının isimleri, vakf-ibtidâ konusundaki tercihler ve tefsir usulüne dair kavramlar bu kısımda yer alır. Kur’ân’ın toplan-ması, yazılması ve mushaf hattına dair geniş bilgiler de sunulur. Mukaddime, hem eserin genel ilmî karakterini ortaya koyan temel bir metin hem de 16. yüzyıl tefsir geleneğinin kavramsal ve metodolo-jik özelliklerini tespit etme imkânı veren bir kaynak olarak incelenmektedir.
A Monographic Study on the Introduction of Mujīr al-Dīn al-ʿUlaymī’s Tafsir Fath al-Raḥmān, One of the Commentaries Written in the 16th Century
Abstract
The Ḥanbalī jurist and renowned historian Abū al-Yumn Mujīr al-Dīn al-ʿUlaymī (d. 928/1522) served as the qāḍī (judge) of Jerusalem for over thirty years. Among his scholarly contributions is Fatḥ al-Raḥmān fī Tafsīr al-Qurʾān, a significant work composed at the dawn of the 10th century AH (16th century CE). This commentary is distinguished by its rich content, which illuminates the tafsīr literature of the period. Reflecting the author's historical expertise, the work contains detailed accounts of figures and events. Furthermore, owing to his judicial background, al-ʿUlaymī summa-rizes the fiqh (jurisprudence) perspectives of the four legal schools. Al-ʿUlaymī’s proficiency in qirāʾāt (recitations), along with his linguistic analyses and stated preferences, is equally noteworthy. Writing in the post-Ibn al-Jazarī era, he was well-versed in the accumulated knowledge of the time, offering rigorous explanations in the field of qirāʾāt. This study aims to examine the Muqaddimah (Introduction) of the Fatḥ al-Raḥmān from various perspectives. The Muqaddimah provides a comprehensive framework reflecting the author's approach to Qurʾānic history, uṣūl al-tafsīr (met-hodology), and scholarly preferences. Specifically, the introduction details the ten qirāʾāt Imams, the author's views on waqf (stopping) and ibtidāʾ (starting), and core concepts of tafsīr methodo-logy. It also presents extensive information on the historical process of the compilation, transcrip-tion, and script of the muṣḥaf. Ultimately, the Muqaddimah is analyzed as a foundational text that reveals the general scholarly character of the work and serves as a vital source for identifying the conceptual and methodological features of the 16th-century tafsīr tradition.

مُجِيرُ الدِّينِ أَبُو اليُمْنِ العُلَيْمِيُّ (ت ٩٢٨هـ/ ١٥٢٢م)، الفقيه الحنبلي والمؤرخ الشهير، تولى قضاء القدس لأكثر من ثلاثين عامًا. أحد مؤلفاته هو فتح الرحمن في تفسير القرآن، وهو دراسة قيمة كُتبت في أوائل القرن العاشر الهجري (السادس عشر الميلادي). يتميز هذا العمل بمحتواه الغني الذي يُسلط الضوء على أدبيات التفسير في عصره. يحتوي العمل على معلومات تفصيلية حول الشخصيات والأحداث التاريخية، مما يعكس شخصية المؤلف المؤرخة. علاوة على ذلك، وبسبب منصبه كقاضٍ، يتضمن التفسير ملخصات لآراء الفقه للمذاهب الأربعة. كما أن معرفة العليمي بالقراءات وتحليلاته وتفضيلاته التي قدمها في التفسير جديرة بالثناء. ونظرًا لكونه عاش في فترة ما بعد ابن الجزري، كان مطلعًا على المعرفة المتراكمة في تلك الحقبة، فقدم شروحات وافية في مجال القراءات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث مقدمة التفسير من جوانب مختلفة. تقدم المقدمة إطارًا شاملًا يعكس منهج المؤلف في تاريخ القرآن وعلومه، وأصول التفسير، وتفضيلاته المنهجية. وتشمل على وجه الخصوص أسماء أئمة القراءات العشرة، وتفضيلات المؤلف فيما يتعلق بالوقف والابتداء، والمفاهيم المتعلقة بأصول التفسير. كما تقدم معلومات واسعة النطاق حول العملية التاريخية لجمع القرآن وكتابته وخط المصحف. يتم تحليل المقدمة كنص أساسي يكشف عن الطابع العلمي العام للعمل وكمصدر يتيح تحديد السمات المفاهيمية والمنهجية لتقليد التفسير في القرن السادس عشر.

COPE and ICJME guidelines are considered regarding correction, retraction, or expression of concern.
Plagiarism Action Plan and Journal Measures
The journal respects intellectual property and aims to protect and encourage the original work of its authors. Articles containing plagiarism violate standards of quality, research, and innovation. Therefore, all authors submitting to the journal are expected to comply with ethical standards and avoid plagiarism in any form. If plagiarism is suspected in a submitted or published manuscript, the work is first reviewed by the journal’s Ethics Editor, and then by the Editorial Board. The Journal then contacts the author(s) to send their explanations within two weeks. If the Journal does not receive any response from the author within the specified period, it contacts the author’s affiliated university to request an investigation of the claim.
The Journal will take the following serious measures against published manuscripts found to contain plagiarism: 1. The Journal will immediately contact the author(s)' affiliated university to take definitive action against the relevant author. 2. The Journal will remove the PDF copy of the published article from its website and disable all links to the full-text article. The phrase "Plagiarized Article" will be added to the title of the published article. 3. The Journal will disable the author's account and reject all future submissions from the author for a period of 3 years.
Plagiarism Check: The journal checks for plagiarism in submitted works: Articles that pass the pre-check are scanned for plagiarism using intihal.net software. If plagiarism/self-plagiarism is detected, authors are informed. Editors may subject the article to plagiarism control at various stages of the evaluation or production process if necessary. High similarity rates, expected to be less than 20%, may lead to rejection before or even after acceptance.
