With the development of international trade, tariff measures affecting foreign trade between countries have decreased rapidly. On the other hand, countries have started to implement non-tariff barriers in order to protect their domestic markets and increase their interests in international markets. While it is difficult to estimate the extent to which non-tariff measures have an impact on international trade flows, it is of great importance in terms of countries' international trade policies. In this study, it was aimed to estimate both non-tariff barriers, which other countries have implemented to Turkey and vice versa. For this purpose, it was used GTAP data base which was reduced to 72 countries (regions) and aggregated to 20 food and agriculture sectors. As a result of the study, tobacco and tobacco products, poultry meat and egg products and other cereal products were the most subject to non-tariff barriers by countries and regions.
