GENERATİF SANAT KAVRAMI VE GÖRSEL SANATLARDA SAYISAL YARATICILIK

Abstract

Bilim, teknoloji ve sanatın harmanlandığı, günümüzde bilgisayar tabanlı süreçlerle elde edilmiş  sanat  eserleriyle  sanat  ortamını etkileyen ve dönüştüren yaklaşımlardan biri olan generatif sanat; sanatsal üretim sürecinde kendi kendini kontrol eden bir sistemin kullanıldığı çağdaş sanat yaklaşımlarından biridir. Disiplinler arası bir pratik olarak sanat dünyasında yeni bir pencere açan generatif sanat; insanların bilgisayar teknolojisi aracılığıyla  kendi  yaratıcılıklarını keşfetmelerine ve deneyimlemelerine olanak tanımıştır. Bu çalışmada, generatif sanat  kavramı; üretim sürecinde kullanılan yaklaşımlara vurgu yapılarak  tanımlanmış,  sayısal  yaratıcı sistemler ve bu sistemlerin görsel sanatlar bağlamında kullanılması ele alınmış, makine öğrenmesi  algoritmalarından  Çekişmeli Üretken Ağlar' ın sanat üretiminde kullanılmasına değinilmiştir. Generatif sanatın Türkiye bağlamındaki yansımaları; yeni medya sanatı çerçevesinde ele alınarak, bu alanda çalışan sanatçıların eserlerinden örnekler verilmiş, bu disiplinin Türkiye güncel sanat ortamındaki görünürlüğünü etkin kılan platformlar ele alınmıştır.
