Abstract

Mühendislik uygulamalarında numunelerin elde edilmesi, deneylerin yapılması ve maliyet giderleri yüzünden bir çok yönüyle elde edilen bilgiler sınırlı kalmaktadır. Bu nedenle mümkün olduğu kadar az ve kolay elde edilebilen zemin parametreleri kullanarak, zeminlerin mühendislik özelliklerini belirleyebilmek avantajlı olacaktır. Bu çalışmada SPTN değeri ile drenajsız kayma mukavemeti (cu) arasındaki ilişkiler, Standart Penetrasyon Deneyi (SPT) düzeltmeleri ve deney tipinin etkisi dikkate alınarak, ince daneli zemin grupları için araştırılmış ve daha önce yapılan çalışmalarla karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Özellikle pratikte yaygın olarak kullanılan Terzaghi ve Peck (1967) ve Stroud (1974)’in önerdiği bağıntıların, bu çalışmada bulunan bağıntılarla uyumlu olduğu gözlenirken diğer araştırmacılar tarafından önerilen bağıntıların ise oldukça yüksek sonuçlar verdikleri gözlenmiştir
