KETENİN GENEL ÖZELLİKLERİ VE HAVUZLANMASI

Year 2006, Volume: 16 Issue: 1, 276 - 280, 01.06.2006

Abstract

PROPERTIES OF FLAX AND RETTING OF FLAX

Year 2006, Volume: 16 Issue: 1, 276 - 280, 01.06.2006

Abstract

Fibre increased because flax is a raw material not only for textile, but also for oil and composites. It is also advantageous for, increasing the compatibility of the producers and added value of some special textile products. Flax and the other stem fibers can be used in special of products easily. They are also environment friendly. But they must be completely Cleaned by many processes. Because flax is a stem fibre it is obtained from shell and outer part of the inside stem. Flax can be used after retting. Retting seperates the fibers from other materials brochemically. Enzymatic retting method and dew Retting are advantegeous when compared with other methods. High quality flax fibers with reproducability are obtamed by retting and dew retting, Flax, bast fibers, retting
