Abstract

Rekabetçi dünyada toplam kalite yönetimi kadar bilgi teknolojilerinin önemi de artmaktadır. Firmaların bilgisayar yazılımlarını kullanmaları sayesinde iş hayatı daha basit ve üretken bir hal almaktadır. Kalite sistemleri için kullanılan bilgi teknolojileri (toplam kalite yönetim sistemi yazılımları) firmalara rekabet konusunda avantaj sağlamaktadır

The information technologies are as important as the total quality management systems in a competitive world. When the computer softwares are more used in the firms, the work life become easier and more productive. The information technologies which are used for the quality systems (total quality mamagement system softwares) give also an competitive advantage to the firms
