Abstract

Ultrasonik uygulamaların kullanım alanları giderek artarken bilim ve teknolojide ultrason teknolojisi uzun zamandır kullanılmaktadır. Ultrasonik insanın duyma limitinin üzerindeki ses dalgalarının bilimidir. Bu makale ultrasoniğin teorisini ve ultrason teknolojisinin kesin temizlik için nasıl uygulandığını anlatmakta ve yüksek şiddetli ultrasonun yayılımı esnasında oluşan kavitasyon, akustik akım ve yer değiştirme hareketinin banyoya daldırılmış materyalin temizliğini nasıl yaptığı açıklamaktadır

Abstract

The field of ultrasonic is still making strides towards perfection, but already many applications of ultrasonic energy have been found in science and technology. Ultrasonics is the science of sound waves above the limits of human audibility. This article is describing the theory of ultrasonics, how ultrasonic technology is applied to precision cleaning and how cavitation, acoustic streaming and dislocation motion during the propagation of high-intensity ultrasound are making the cleaning of the substrates immersed in to the bath
