DİKİM BANDINDA SİMULASYONLA BANT DENGELEME

Year 2010, Volume: 20 Issue: 3, 257 - 261, 01.12.2010

Abstract

LINE BALANCING BY SIMULATION IN A SEWING LINE

Year 2010, Volume: 20 Issue: 3, 257 - 261, 01.12.2010

Abstract

The aim of this study is to show line balancing in a clothing manufacturing by simulation. To do this, firstly a detailed work and time studies were done among the line. Secondly, collected data was tested for distribution fit and Kolmogrov-Smirnov test for goodness of fit. Then, to set up the model, all fitted data gathered from the line was transferred to simulation model. As soon as the model was set up, it was run. The verification of model was done by comparing with the actual system. To set up the model, Enterprise Dynamics simulation program was used
