Abstract

Bu makalede Rıza Tevfik, "insanlığın kümmeliyeti" üzerine doğu ve batıda ortaya çıkan anlayışları kıyas etmiş ve batıdaki ubermensch fikriyle doğudaki fenafillah mertebesini kıyasın merkezine alarak iki anlayışın değerlendirmesini bu fikir-mertebeler üzerinden yapmıştır.
