Ege Bölgesi'nde Toksoplazma Seropozitifliği

Öz

Sağlıklı bir erişkinde, T. gondii ile primer enfeksiyon genellikle asemptomatiktir ve yaşam boyu süren bağışık sağlar. Gebelik sırasında primer maternal enfeksiyon düşüğe. prematüriteye. ülü doğuma, çocukluk ve daha sonraki yaşamda, sekellere neden olur. Bu çalışmada, bölgemizdeki doğurganlık çağı ye gebe kadın popülasyonunda ELISA yöntemiyle, seropozitiilik ye seronegatiillk craniarı iki hastanenin laboratuvar kayıtlarından araştırıldı. Toplam 1959 olgunun % 44.4'1‘1 {925 olgu) seropozitit, % 53.4'0 {993 olgu) seronegatif bulundu. “fe 0.40'ında (B olgu] test sonuçları akut toksop- lazmozisi düşündürüyordu. ”1‘s 1.30 (33 oIQUJ‘inde cigu- nun lleri incelemesi gerekmekteydi.
