Abstract

Santral Nörositom {SN}. merkas sinir dizgesinin çok seyrek görülen, yenlrikül yerleşimli, sep-tum pellusidum hücrelerinden köken alan nöronal bir tümörüdür. Ilk olarak 1932'de tanımlanmıştır. Genç erişkinlerde görüldüğü ye iyi klinik gidişi olduğu belirtilmektedir. SN tanısında ışık mikroskobik, immün dckukimyasal, elek— tron mikroskobik ve radyolojik bulguların birarada değer— Iendîrilmesi gereklidir. Bu olgu sunumunda, 15 yaşında erkek hastanın suprasellar, Ill ventrikül yerleşimli SN o|gusu sunulmus ye ilgili kaynaklar ışığında tartışılmıştır

8. Sonuç olarak SN az görülen. son 15 yılda tanımlanmış ve “tıp kaynaklarına geçmiş yeni bir beyin tümörüdür. Olgumuz suprasellar ve 3. ventrikül yerleşimli olup. nöroradyolojik. histopatolojik ve IDK özellikleri ve prolife— ratif aktivitesi incelenerek SN olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
