Metastatik Spinal Tümörlerde Histopatoloji Yaşam Kalitesi ve Yaşam Süresi

Öz

Dokuz Eylül üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji anabilim Dalı tarafından Ocak 1955 - Nisan 199? arasında opere edilen spinal metastazlı 40 olgu bu çalışmanın gerecidir. Olguların 23'ü erkek. i?tsi kadın olup. yaşları 14 ile 75 arasında değişmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı spinal metastazlı olgularda sağaltım. histopatoloji. birincil odak gibi yaşam kalitesi ve yaşam süresini etkileyen faktörleri araştırmaktır

Çalışmamızda. birincil odağı akciğer ve gasrointestinal sistem olan olgularda yaşam sürelerinin daha kısa olduğu belirlenirkenı birincil odağı tiroid. meme. genitoüriner ve retiküloendotelyal sistem olan olgularda yaşam süresinin daha uzun olduğu saptandı.
