Öz

Astrositomlar intrakranial neoplazilerin çoğunluğunu ve en karmaşık kümesini oluşturmaktadır. Tümörlerde damarlanmanın kantitatif olarak. birçok parametre ile karşılaştırıtarak saptanması güncelliğini korumaktadır. CD44 extrasellüler matrikste bulunan hvalüronan için reseptör görevi olan bir integral membran glikoproteinidir. Fibronektin (FN) extrasellüler matriks ve vücut sıvılarında bulunan yüksek moleküler ağırlıklı adeziv glikoproteindir. Bu çalışmada değişik derecelerde TÜ astrositom olgusunda damarlanmanın kantitatif ölçümü ite standart CD44 ve FN'in immun dokukimyasal ekspresyonu araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca bu parametrelerin derece. yaş. prognoz. diferansiyasyon. nüks varlığı ile istatistiksel ilişkisi incelenmiştir. VSD derece. prognoz ve diferansivaevon ile ilişkili; nüks ile ilişkisiz bulunmuştur. N’v'ES diferansiyasyon ila iiişkili saptanırken; derece. prognoz ve nüks varlığı ile ilişkisiz saptanmıştır. USD astrositomlarda damarlanmanın kantitatif değerienditilmesinde NVES‘ e göre daha etkili bir yöntemdir. CD44 42 olguda olumlu (+). 28 olguda olumsuz {-). Ancak CD44 diferansiyasyon ve sağkalım ile ilişkili saptanırken derece ve nüks ile anlamlı ilişki göstermemiştir. astrositomlar %5? oranda vasküler bazal membranda ve perivasküler alanda FN ekspresyonu göstermişlerdir. Ancak derece. diferansiyasyon. prog— noz ya da nüks ile anlamlı ilişki gözlenmemiştir. i—tstrositomlarda damadanmanın kantitatif ölçümü. CD44 gibi membran glikoproteinierinin ve FN gibi ESM araştırılması tümör biyogenezinde yeni görüşler açabilecektir. fıbronektin rimer beyin tümörlerinin “fsöü'ını glial tümörler P oluşturur. Bunların çoğunluğu ise astrositomlardır
