Öz

Bu çalışmada. hem enzyme immunoassay hem de western biot ile anti-Hiti saptanan 4G serum örneğini line immunoassay yöntemi ile değerlendirdik. Ayrıca enzyme immunoassay ile anti—Hiti olumlu. western blot ile olumsuz bulunan 24 serum örneğini de line immuno— assay ile değerlendirdik.
