Abstract

empulla 1ıtater karsinomları erken evrede ampulla tümenini tıkayarak semptom vermeleri nedeniyle peri— ampuller bölge tümörlerinden ve kolorektal karsinom— Iardan daha iyi prognoz gösterir. Çok az görülen tümörler olup, opere edilebilen pankreatoduodenal tümörlerin “ie 10.233. 36 sını oluşturur. Mikroadenom ve intra— mukozal adenomların ”rs42-91 oranında bu invaziv iezyonlara eşlik ettiği gösterilmiştir. 64 yaşında erkek hastada tanımlanan ampulla 'v'ater'deki mikroadenoma» töz proliferasyon zemininde ve duodenumda iki odak halinde gelişmiş evre |I karsinom. yerleşim yerine bağlı olan değişik özellikleri ve az görülmesi nedeniyle kaynak bilgileri eşliğinde sunuldu
