Eliz erişkin sıkıntılı solunum sendromunda en- dotelyal yaralarıma sonrasındaki temel olayın akciğer— larda monositlerin birikimi ve bu hücreler tarafından salgı— lanan mediatörler aracılığıyla PNL'lerin olaya katılmasıyla geliştiğini ileri sürebiliriz
