Pnömotozis Kistoides İntestinalis (Olgu Sunumu)

Öz

Pnömatozis kisto'ides intestinalisı özatagustan rektuma dek gastrointestinal sistemin herhangi bir ye— rinde submukoza ya da subserezada görülebilen içlerı gaz dolu kistlerle belirli az görülen bir lezyondur. Bura— da sunulan olgu 44 yaşında erkektir ve iki yıldır bulantı, kusma, karın ağrısı ve kilo yitimi yakınması yardır. Mide duodenum grafisinde pilor stenozu Ön tanısı almıstır. Cerrahi girişimde ileumun tümüne yakın bir kısmında haya kistleri izlenmesi nedeniyle rezeksiyon uygulanmış ve patolojik inceleme sonucu pnömotozis kistoides in testinalis tanısı almıştır
