Diyarbakır Yöresinde mide kanserli hastalarda Helicobacter pylori sıklığı

Öz

Çalışmamızda değişik türde mide kanserlerinde histolojik otarak gastrit. intestinal metaplazi ile Helicobacter pylori arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmayı amaçladık. Bu çalışmada son 5 yılda mide kanseri nedeniyle total ya da subtotal gastrektomi yapılmış 44 olgu incelenerek histoiojik türlerine ayrtldı. Helicobacter pyiori'yi araştırmak için toiuidin mavisi boyama yöntemi kullanıldı. Histopatolojik tür açısından 44 mide karsinomlu olgunun 29'u 1196653] intestinal, 13'ü (Grease) diffüz ve 2'si (“ş-.45) mikst türde idi. Tüm olgularda kronik gastrit vardı. Aktif kronik gastrit 2? oiguda (“3651 .3}. inaktif gastrit 1? olguda (DiaSa?) vardı. 29 intestinal tür karsinomun tB’ünde (%443), 13 diffüz tür karsinomun 2'sinde (%153), 2 mikst tür karsinomun 1’inde {”quD] intestinal metaptazi izlendi. H. pylori 44 olgunun 25'İnde {”feŞŞŞ} poaitif bulundu. Intestinal türün 2D'sinde (seas). diffüz türün 4'ünde (GHoStII), mikst türün i'inde (%50) pozitifti. H. pylori infeksiyonu diffüz türe göre intestinal tür karsinomlarda daha sıktı rf : 5.07, Fonz-43}. Aktif gastritlerin 19’unda ($’a-70.3), inaktif gastritlerin B'sında [26352] H. pylori pozitif bulundu. H. pylori vadığı aktif gastritlerde inaktif gastritlere göre daha sık gibi görülmesine karşın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı değildi (1:2 = oss, p=o.saooı. Bulgularımız özellikle intestinal tür mide karsinomu ile H. pylori arasında bir ilişkinin oiabiieceğini destekler niteliktedir
