Konjenital pulmoner havayolu malformasyon (KPHM) tip 2 (Olgu sunumu)

Öz

Amaç: Konjenital pulmoner havayolu malformasyonu (KPHM) yenidoğan dönemindeki çok az görülen solunum güçlüğü nedenlerinden birisidir. Akciğerin fetal yaşamada gelişimindeki bir duraklamadan kaynaklanır. Olgu sunumu: 9 günlük erkek olgu, kliniğe solunum güçlüğü nedeni ile başvurdu. İzlemde, kontrastlı toraks tomografisinde, panlobüler amfizem ve kistik değişiklikler saptandı. Lobektomi sonrası, akciğer dokusunun patolojik incelemesi ile tip 2 KPHM tanısı kondu. Sonuç: Fötal ultrasonografik inceleme CPAM prenatal tanısına yardımcı olabilir ve yenidoğandaki solunum güçlüğünün bu seyrek nedeninin sağaltımında, prenatal cerrahi bir seçenek oluşturur
