Peripheral nevre sheath tumors

Abstract

Peripheral nerve sheath tumors originate from schwann cells, perineural cells and neural fibroblasts. Those arising from Schwann cells are called schwannomas while the tumors arising from Schwann cells and fibroblasts are named as neurofibromas. The neoplasms arising from perineural cells are designated as perineuromas

Periferik sinir kılıfı tümörleri schwann hücreleri, perinöral hücreler ve nöral fibroblastlardan gelişir. Schwann hücrelerinden gelişenler schwannom adını alır. Schwann hücreleri ile fibroblastlardan gelişenler nörofibrom adını alır. Perinöral hücrelerden gelişenler de perinöroma adını alır
