Lichen planus mimicking psoriasis localized on penis: A case report

Abstract

Aim: Lichen planus is a papulosquamous disorder generally localized to flexures, extremities, genitalia, and oral mucosa. Solitary involvement of glans penis is very rare. A case of lichen planus localized on glans penis is presented with clinical and histopathological features and related literatur is reviewed. Penis yerleşimli psoriasis benzeri liken planus: Olgu sunumu

Öz

Giriş ve amaç: Papüloskuamöz bir hastalık olan liken planus genellikle büklüm yerleri, ekstremiteler, genital bölge ve oral mukozada yerleşir. Glans penisin tek başına tutulumu ise çok az görülür. Glans peniste lokalize bir liken planus olgusu klinik ve histopatolojik özellikleri ile sunulmuş ve ilgili kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir. Olgu sunumu: Glans penis ve subkoronal bölgede yerleşmiş yaklaşık 2 cm çaplı, eritematöz lezyonu olan 39 yaşında bir erkek hasta tanımlamaktayız. Klinik subcoronal region.
