Abstract

Bu çalışmada. hem enzyme immunoassay hem de western biot ile anti-Hiti saptanan 4G serum örneğini line immunoassay yöntemi ile değerlendirdik. Ayrıca enzyme immunoassay ile anti—Hiti olumlu. western blot ile olumsuz bulunan 24 serum örneğini de line immuno— assay ile değerlendirdik. Western blot olumlu 45 seru— mun tümü line immunoassay ile olumlu bulundu [duyarlı— lık: “Hui-DD]. Western blot olumsuz örneklerin tümü line immunoassay ile de olumsuz bulundu [özgüilük: “fal Dü )
