Turkish Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems (TEPES) is an international, scientific, open access periodical published in accordance with independent, unbiased, and double-blinded peer-review principles. The journal is the official online-only publication with the support of Association of Turkish Electricity Industry (TESAB) and led by CIGRE Turkish National Committee, and it is published triannually in February, June, and October. The publication language of the journal is English. TEPES aims to contribute to the literature by publishing manuscripts at the highest scientific level on all fields of electrical power and energy systems. The journal publishes original research and review articles that are prepared in accordance with ethical guidelines

The target audience of the journal includes academicians, specialists, researchers and professionals who are working and interested in the field of electrical power and energy systems. The editorial and publication processes of the journal are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology (COMEST), Council of Science Editors (CSE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and National Information Standards Organization (NISO).
