Basit Omuz Testi'nin Türkçe versiyonu: güvenirlik ve geçerlik çalışması

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Basit Omuz Testi’nin (Simple Shoulder Test, BOT) Türkçe versiyonunu yapmak, geçerlik ve güvenirlik özelliklerini göstermekti. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya 65 omuz patolojisi olan birey alındı. Bireylerin aktif normal eklem hareketleri, kas kuvvetleri ve ağrıları değerlendirildi. Fonksiyonel sonuç ölçümleri için, BOT ve Kol, Omuz ve El Sorunları Anketi (DASH) uygulandı. Sonuçlar: BOT’un test-tekrar test güvenirliği ICC=0.743 bulundu. İç tutarlılıkta, Cronbach alfa değeri, test için 0.726 ve tekrar test için 0.754 olarak belirlendi. Ölçütsel geçerlik yönünden, BOT ve DASH arasındaki ilişki iyi düzeyde bulundu. Yapı geçerliğinde, BOT ile eklem hareketi (r=0.452), kas kuvveti (r=0.440), ve ağrı (r=0.436) ölçümleri arasında iyi düzeyde ilişki saptandı. Tartışma: Bu çalışma, BOT’un Türkçe versiyonunun iyi derecede güvenilir ve geçerli bir fonksiyonel sonuç ölçümü olduğunu gösterdi
