Artistik buz pateninde üçlü sıçrayış performansının çeviklik ve reaksiyon zamanı ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma artistik buz pateni (figür pateni) yapan bayan sporcuların sıçrama esnasında yapabildikleri üçlü dönüş performanslarıyla, reaksiyon zamanları ve çeviklikleri arasında ilişki olup olmadığını araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmamız, yaşları 16-23 arasında değişen, en az 5 yıldır figür pateni yapan elit seviyede junior (gençler) (N=10) ve senior (büyükler) (N=10) 20 bayan sporcu ile aynı yaş grubunda spor yapmayan sedanter 20 gönüllü bayandan oluşan kontrol grubu üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Olguların sosyo-demografik ve fiziksel özellikleri (yaş, boy, kilo), sporcuların yapabildikleri sıçrayışlar ve dönüş sayıları kaydedildikten sonra çeviklik testi (squat thrust) ve reaksiyon zamanı testi uygulandı. Sonuçlar: Sporcu grubunun reaksiyon zamanı ve çeviklik değerleri kontrol grubundan anlamlı derecede daha iyiydi (p
