Otistik çocuklarda motor performansın incelenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı otistik ve sağlıklı çocuklarda motor yetenekleri değerlendirmek ve otistik çocukların motor yeteneklerindeki problemleri saptamaktı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya yaşları 6-12 yıl arasında olan 32 otistik ve 30 sağlıklı çocuk dahil edildi. Motor yeteneklerin değerlendirilmesi için Bruininks - Oseretsky Motor Yeterlik Testi’nin (BOMYT) koşma hızı ve çeviklik, denge, bilateral koordinasyon, kuvvet, üst ekstremite koordinasyonu, cevap hızı, görsel motor kontrol, üst ekstremite hız ve becerisini değerlendiren alt testleri ile Ayres duyu bütünlüğü testlerinden postür taklidi testi uygulandı. El fonksiyonlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla Jebsen Taylor el fonksiyon testi ve 9 delikli peg testi kullanıldı. Sonuçlar: Otistik ve sağlıklı çocuklar karşılaştırıldığında hem BOMYT hem de el fonksiyon testlerinde her iki grup arasında anlamlı fark vardı (p
