Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlıklı kişilerde kol hacim değerlendirmesinde farklı iki yöntemi karşılaştırmak ve bu yöntemlerin araştırmacılar arası güvenilirliğini incelemektir. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya 24 gönüllü birey katıldı. İki araştırmacı tüm bireyleri çevre ölçümü ve volumetrik ölçüm (taşan su yöntemi) ile değerlendirdi. Çevre ölçüm sonuçları Frustum formül kullanılarak hacme dönüştürüldü ve sonuçlar volumetrik ölçüm verileri ile karşılaştırıldı. Bu iki yöntem için araştırmacılar arası güvenilirlik araştırıldı. Sonuçlar: Bu metotlarla elde edilen hacimler araştırmacılar arası yüksek güvenilirliğe sahip bulundu. Volumetrik ölçümler arası güvenirlik katsayısı (ICC) 0.983 iken, çevre ölçümlerinden hesaplanan hacimler arası güvenirlik katsayısı (ICC) 0.998 bulundu.
