Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, serebral paralizili (SP) çocuklardaki fizyoterapi sonuçlarını özel rehabilitasyon merkezinden bir perspektif getirerek sunmaktır. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışma Çağın Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezinde tedaviye alınan 17 SP’li çocuk üzerinde prospektif olarak yapıldı. Çocukların yaş ortalamaları 5±3.43 (maksimum: 16 - minimum: 4) yıldır. Olgular Bobath Nörogelişimsel Tedavi yöntemine göre bir yıl boyunca düzenli fizyoterapi programına alındı. Olguların tedavi öncesi ve sonrası gross motor fonksiyonları Gross Motor Function Measurement (GMFM) yöntemi ile, bağımsızlık seviyeleri Functional Independence Measure (WeeFIM) testi ile, özür seviyeleri ise Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) ile değerlendirildi.
