Abstract

Amaç: Parkinson hastalarında üst ekstremite performansının değerlendirilmesinde Dokuz Delikli Peg Testi (DDPT) ile Birleştirilmiş Parkinson Hastalığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği”ni (BPHDÖ) karşılaştırmaktı. Gereç ve yöntem: Yaş ortalaması 63.6±10.4 yıl olan, 87 Parkinson hastası (28 K, 59 E) çalışmaya alındı. Hastalık evresi ve semptomlarının şiddeti nörolog tarafından Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) ölçeği ve BPHDÖ kullanılarak değerlendirildi. DDPT ise fizyoterapistler tarafından yaptırıldı. Sonuçlar: DDPT sol ile BPHDÖ1 ve BPHDÖ3 (Madde 20, 21-sol) arasında zayıf, BPHDÖ2, BPHDÖ3, BPHDÖ3 (Madde 22-25-sol) ve BPHDÖ Toplam arasında orta düzeyde ilişki saptandı (p
