Fibromiyalji Sendromu Olan Kadınlarda Denge, Endurans ve Esnekliğin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract






Amaç: Fibromiyalji sendromu (FMS) olan kadınlarda denge, gövde kas enduransı ve esneklik skorlarını araştırmak ve sağlıklı kadınlarla karşılaştırmaktı.

Yöntem: FMS olan 23 kadın (FMS grubu) ve olmayan benzer özellikteki 21 kadın (Kontrol grubu) çalışmaya dahil edildi. (FMS), Amerikan Romatizma Birliği (ARB) 1990 kriterlerine göre tanımlandı. Denge gözler açık ve kapalı olarak Tek Bacak Denge Testi ile, gövde kas enduransı McGill’in Gövde Kas Endurans Testleri ile, esneklik Otur Uzan Testi ile değerlendirildi.

Sonuçlar: FMS grubunda kontrol grubuna göre gözler açık ve kapalı iken hem sağ hem de sol bacak denge skorlarında ve gövde kas endurans skorlarında azalma görüldü (p<0,05). İki grup arasında esneklik skorları açısından anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı (p>0,05).

Tartışma: FMS olan kadınların denge ve gövde kas endurans skorları sağlıklı bireylere göre daha düşüktür. Dengedeki bozulma ve gövde kaslarının enduransındaki azalmaya karşı FMS olan kadınlara koruyucu egzersiz programları önerilebilir.
