Farklı Kurumlarda Verilen Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Hizmetinin Hasta Memnuniyeti Bakımından Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışmada
hasta memnuniyetinin farklı koşullarda (fizik tedavi branş, kamu ve özel hastaneleri)
incelenmesi amaçlandı. 

Yöntem: :
Çalışmaya bir branş, bir kamu ve bir özel hastanede ayaktan fizyoterapi hizmeti alan 20-74 yaş aralığında
toplam 224 katılımcı dahil edildi. Demografik veriler (yaş, cinsiyet, beden
kitle indeksi, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, sosyal güvence) kaydedildi. Hasta
memnuniyeti Fizyoterapide Hasta memnuniyet ölçeği (FHMÖ) ile ağrı şiddeti Görsel
ağrı skalası (VAS) ile ölçüldü. Memnuniyet düzeylerindeki farklılıkları
etkileyen faktörler dört alt boyutta incelenmiştir (hastakabul, tedavi,
ulaşılabilirlik, genel memnuniyet).

Sonuçlar: Hastaların
% 26’sı fizik tedavi branş hastanesinde, %29’u kamu hastanesinde,  % 45’i özel hastanede fizik tedavi görmekte idiler.
FHMÖ toplam skoru bakımından memnuniyet düzeyi kamu hastanesinde, diğer
hastanelerden daha yüksek bulundu (p<0,005). Memnuniyet düzeyindeki farkın, tedavi
alanları, fiziki şartlar ve konfor konularındaki genel memnuniyet alanından
kaynaklandığı görüldü.

sektördeki hastanelerde fizyoterapi hizmetini
ölçülebilir verilerle değerlendirmede hasta memnuniyetini dikkate almak, hizmet
kalitesi açısından önemlidir. Fiziksel koşullar ve konfor memnuniyeti yüksek
oranda etkileyen faktörlerdir.
