Kalp Yetersizliğinde Nefes Egzersizleri ve Etkili Egzersiz Terapileri

Abstract

Kalp yetersizliği mortalite ve morbitide oranı yüksek olan multisistemik bir sendromdur. Kalp yetersizliğinde dispne, egzersiz intoleransı yorgunluk ve azalmış fonksiyonel kapasite gibi semptomlar görülür. Fiziksel egzersizler ve nefes egzersizlerin yapılması sonucunda oluşan semptomlarda iyileşme sağlanmıştır. Bu yazının amacı kalp yetersizliği bulunan hastalarda kardiyak rehabilitasyonda uygulanması gereken fiziksel egzersizler ve nefes egzersizleri vurgulanmak istenmiştir.
