İdrardan İzole Edilen Mantarların Türlere Göre Dağılımı Ve Antifungal Duyarlılıklarının Araştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada 2121 idrar örneğinden izole edilen 95 adet mantarın % 4.5 dağılımı ve bunların antibiyotikduyarlılıkları API ID 32C ve ATB fungus kitleri bioMérieux kullanılarak araştırıldı ve sonuçlar API bioMérieux sistemiyle tespit edildi. 58 kandida türünün %61.1 dağılımı şöyle olmuştur: Candida tropicalis %13.7 , Candidaalbicans %10.6 , Candida intermedia %9.5 , Candida krusei %7.4 , Candida catenulata %5.3 , Candidainconspicua 4.2 , Candida parapsilosis %4.2 , Candida sake %3.2 , Candida humicole %3.2 . Diğer 37 fungus %38.9 ise şöyle dağılmıştır: Tricophyton cutaneum %15.8 , Debaryomyces merome %16.3 , Pichia farinosa %6.3 , Cryptococus albidus %3.2 , Cryptococcus laurentii %3.2 , Saccharomyces cerevisiae % 3 . 2 ,Saccharomyces kluyverii %1.1 .5-flusitosin, amfoterisin B, nistatin, mikonazol, ketakonazol ve ekonazol arasında en etkili antibiyotik %2 dirençoranıyla 5-flusitosin’dir. Bununla birlikte direnç oranı diğer antifungallere karşı %17-%29 arasında bulundu.Kandida hariç diğer türler bu çalışmada kullanılan antifungallere karşı %14-%30 arasında dirençli bulunmuştur

Distribution Of Fungi Isolated From Urine And Investigation Of Antifungal Susceptibility

Abstract

In this study, distrubution of 95 fungi 4.5% isolated from 2121 urine specimens and their antibioticsusceptibility were investigated by using API ID-32- C and ATB fungus kits bioMérieux and results were determinedby API system bioMérieux . Distribution of 58 611 % candida species are as: Candida tropicalis 37.7% ,Candida albicans 10.6% , Candida intermedia 9.5% , Candida krusei, 7.4% , Candida catenulata 5.3% ,Candida inconspicuaand Candida parapsilosis 4.2% species, Candida sakeand Candida humicola 3.2% other37 fungu 38.9% are as: Trichopyton cutaneum 15.8% Debaryomyces maromeand Pichia farinosa 16.3% ,Cryptococcus albidus,Cryptococcus lauranti-Sacchoromyces cerevisiae 3.2 % and Sacchoromyces kluyverii 1.1% .The most effective antibiotic among 5-flucytosine, amphotericine B, nystatine, miconazole, ketoconazole andeconazole is 5 flucytosine with 2 % resistance rate. However resistance rate was detected between 17%-29%against other antibiotics. Other species except candida have been found resistant between 14% and 30% againstantibiotics used in this study
