Abstract

Bu çalışmada; immunomanyetik ayırma yöntemi ile ATP biyolüminesans yöntemi birlikte kullanılarak,Escherichia coli0157:H7 bakterisinin tampon ortamlarda sayımı yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, A T Pbiyolüminesans ölçümü ile bulunmuştur.0157:H7 sayımı arasında yüksek bir korelasyon katsayısı r=0.8303

Abstract

In this study, immunomagnetic separation and ATP bioluminescence methods have been combined and usedin enumeration of the bacteria Escherichia coli0157:H7 in sterile buffer solutions. As a result, a high correlationcoefficient r=0.8303 between the ATP bioluminescence assay and Escherichia coli0157:H7 count was found asan acceptable value for such a study
