Sivas Belediyesi Temizlik İşçilerinde Hbv, Hcv Ve Hıv Seroprevalansı

Öz

Amaç: Hepatit B HBV , Hepatit C HCV ve Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV kan yoluyla en fazla geçiş gösteren virüslerdir. Bunların prevalansı çeşitli coğrafya ve toplumlarda değişiklik göstermektedir. Çalışmada, Sivas Belediyesinin temizlik işlerini yapan 129 temizlik işçisinin kan yoluyla geçebilen viral hastalıklar açısından risk grubu olduğu düşünülerek HBV, HCV ve HIV seroprevalansının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Kan örnekleri Sivas Halk Sağlığı Laboratuvarında analize alınmıştır. Serum örneklerinde Mikropartikül Enzyme Immunoassay Abbott AxSYM ile HBsAg, anti HBs, anti HCV ve anti HIV araştırılmıştır. Bulgular: Yapılan değerlendirmede, HBsAg 5 kişide %3,87 ve anti-HBs 45 kişide %34,88 seropozitif bulunmuştur. Sadece bir kişide %0,77 anti-HCV seropozitifliğine rastlanırken, HIV seropozitifliğine rastlanmamıştır. Tartışma: Bu sonuçlar, temizlik işçilerinin HBV, HCV ve HIV enfeksiyonları yönünden mesleki risk altında olmadığını göstermektedir. Temizlik işçilerine, hizmet içi eğitim başlığı altında bulaşıcı hastalıklar konusunda eğitim verilmesinin yararlı olacağı düşünülmüş ve hepatit B için aşılanmışlardır

The Seroprevalence of HBV, HCV and HIV in the Municipal Sanitary Workers in Sivas / Turkey

Abstract

Objective: The most common blood-transmitted viruses are hepatitis B virus HBV , hepatitis C virus HCV and human immunodeficiency virus HIV . The prevalence of these viruses varies by nationality and geography. At the study, it was considered that the 129 sanitary workers of Sivas municipality are risk group for the diseases of blood-transmitted viruses and was aimed to determine the HBV, HCV and HIV seroprevalence. Method: Blood samples were analyzed in the Sivas Public Health Laboratory. It were studied HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti HCV and anti HIV by Microparticle Enzyme Immunoassay Abbott AxSYM in sera samples.Results: It was found that HBsAg was positive in 5 3.87℅ and anti-HBs was in 45 34.88% individuals. While only one individual was determined as seropositive for anti HCV 0.77% , no one was found to be seropositive for HIV. Conclusion: These results suggests that the cleaning workers are not exposed to risk to HBV, HCV and HIV infections occupationally. It was thought that it would be useful to train cleaning workers in the name of in-service training and they were vaccinated against hepatitis B
