Daminozit'in Tavşan Karaciğer Glutatyon-S-Transferaz Aktivitesine Etkisinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Çalışmada tavşan karaciğerinden izole edilen Glutatyon-S-Transferaz'ın etkili bir pestisit olan daminozit ileetkileşimi incelenmiştir. Glutatyon -S-Transferaz enzimi in vitro şartlarda değişik dozlarda daminozit ile muameleedilerek, reaksiyonları gözlenmiştir. Bulgular 1-kloro 2,4 dinitro benzen CDNB substrat olarak kullanıldığında eldeedilen aktivite ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Regresyon ve korelasyon analizi yapılmış ve sonuçlar spesifik aktivite olarakverilmiştir

An Investigation On Effect Of Daminozide To The Glutation-S-Transferase Activity In Rabbit Liver

Abstract

We analyzed the interaction between glutation-S-transferase, which is isolated from the liver of rabbits, anddaminozide which is an effective pesticide. Glutation-S-transferase enzymes were treated with daminozide in vitroconditions at various doses, and the reactions were recorded. The observed activities were compared with theactivity of 1-chloro 2, 4 dinitrobenzen substrate and a regression analaysis was performed to investigate thecorrelation. The result were expressed as spesific activites
