Hastanemizin poliklinik ve yatan hastalarından gönderilen balgam, bronkoalveolar lavaj, parasentez, vb.örneklerden izole edilen Pseudomonas aeruginosa n=15 , Klebsiella pneumoniae n=11 ve Escherichia coli n=5 suşlarının meropenem, sefepim ve ofloksasin’e karşı duyarlılıkları E-testi ve disk difüzyon yöntemleri ileölçüldü. Buna göre, E-testi ile Pseudomonas aeruginosameropeneme %73, ofloksasine %53, sefepime %67,Klebsiella pneumoniaesırasıyla %100, %91, %82 ve Escherichia coli her üç antibiyotiğe %60 duyarlı bulunmuştur.Disk difüzyon yöntemi ile Pseudomonas aeruginosameropeneme %73, ofloksasine %47, sefepime %53,Klebsiella pneumoniaesırasıyla %100, %91, %82 ve Escherichia coliher üç antibiyotiğe %80 duyarlı bulunmuştur
The sensitivities of some of Pseudomonas aeruginosa n=15 , Klebsiella pneumoniae n=11 and Escherichiacoli n=5 isolated from the sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage, paracentesis fluid specimen etc., sent from patients ofour hospitals clinic and hospitalized patients, were measured against meropenem, cefepim and ofloxacin by E-Testand disc diffusion methods. According to this, it's found that on the E-Test, Pseudomonas aeruginosais sensitive73% to meropenem 53% to ofloxacin, 67% to cefepim, Klebsiella pneumoniaewas sensitive 100%, 91%, 82%and Escherichia coliwas sensitive 60% to each three antibiotics. By the method of disc diffusion, it is foundthat Pseudomonas aeruginosawas sensitive 73% to meropenem, 47% to ofloxacin, 53% to cefepim, Klebsiellapneumoniaeis sensitive in order to 100%, 91%, 82% and Escherichia coliis sensitive %80 to each three antibiotics
