METRO ARACI GÖVDE SON MONTAJ TESİSİNİN KURULUMU VE YATIRIMIN FİNANSAL DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, raylı sistemlerde araç ihtiyacının karşılanması için, Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilebilecek yatırım modelleri analiz edilmiştir. Yatırım modellerinde, dört araçtan oluşan bir metro dizisinin “Gövde Son Montajı”ndan başlayarak müşteri tarafından geçici kabul tamamlanıncaya kadar olan süreçler dikkate alınmıştır. Metro aracının üretim hızına bağlı olarak inşa edilmesi gerekli olan “Gövde Son Montaj Tesisi”nin altyapısı ve yatırım maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. Yapılacak yatırımın karşılanması için gerekli olan yıllık üretim miktarları, toplam üretim süreleri ve toplam üretim miktarları belirlenen altı farklı senaryo için finansal açıdan analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, metro aracı üretiminde Gövde Son Montaj Tesisi kurulumu için yatırım kararı alınması durumunda, en uygun tesis altyapısı ve toplam yatırım maliyeti belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir.

ROLLING STOCK FINAL ASSEMBLY FACILITY INSTALLATION AND FINANCIAL EVALUATION OF THE INVESTMENT

Abstract

In this study, investment models for rolling stock final assembly facility installation that can be performed in Turkey were analyzed. In the investment models, the processes starting from Carbody Final Assembly until the provisional acceptance by the customer were taken into the consideration for metro sets consisting of four metro vehicles. The infrastructure and investment costs of the Carbody Final Assembly Facility, which should be built depending on the production speed of the metro vehicle, were calculated. Annual production amounts, total production times and total production amounts required to cover the investment to be made were analyzed financially for six different scenarious. As a result of the study, it is aimed to determine the most appropriate facility infrastructure and total investment cost if decision is taken for establishment of Carbody Final Assembly Facility for the metro vehicle production.
