Material And Color Based Scheduling And Implementation In The Electrotechnical Factory

Abstract

In this study, a weekly data
collected from the injection molding machine in an electrotechnical factory has
ensured the comparisons between the use of the current sequencing and scheduling
methods for a single machine and the results of the schedule made by forming a
raw material and colour matrix. Our problem is that we received and handled as
preparation time dependent. The program LEKIN is used to make comparisons
between the methods. As a result of study this is achieved the sequencing and
scheduling method depending on the raw material and color. To remember easily
and for the sake of practicality, we named this method CB-SPT (Color Based
Short Processing Time) in the article.

Hammadde Renk Tabanlı Çizelgeleme Ve Bir Elektronik Fabrikasında Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, elektroteknik ürünler üreten bir fabrikada yer alan
enjeksiyon makinesinden alınan bir haftalık verilerle, tek makine için mevcut
sıralama ve çizelgeleme metotlarının kullanımı ile hammadde ve renk matrisi
oluşturularak yapılan bir çizelgelemenin sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Ele
alınan problem sıra bağımlı ve hazırlık zamanlıdır. Metotlar arasındaki karşılaştırmalar
LEKIN programından yararlanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda hammadde ve
renge bağlı bir sıralama ve çizelgeleme yöntemi oluşturulmuştur. Bu metodun
literatüre yerleşmesi ve kullanım kolaylığı açısından CB-SPT (Color Based Short
Processing Time/Renk Tabanlı En kısa İşlem Süresi) olarak ifade edilmesi uygun
görülmüştür.
