The aim of this study is to identify the impact of supply chain management on competitive advantage and organizational performance The study concluded the number of results: impact of supply chain management suppliers relationship, brokers and distributors relationship and customers relationship to improve organization performance. the study made a number of recommendations including: the adoption strategic entrance to the supply chain management, based on the establishment of long-term with suppliers relationships, communication effective, and suppliers partnership, because efficiency in supply chain management is the key to the success of the organization in the long run
