KALİTE FONKSİYON YAYILIMI İLE PERSONEL EĞİTİMİ ÜZERİNE MEVCUT DURUM ANALİZİ VE BİR ANKET SİSTEMİ TASARIMI

Abstract

Eğitime yatırım yapan organizasyonlar, değişime uyum sağlayarak rekabet üstünlükleri elde ederken, insana yatırımı gerekli görmeyenler, rekabetçi üstünlüklerini kaybetmektedirler. Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii A.Ş.’de gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada amaç işletmede bünyesinde yer alan personelin en iyi şekilde eğitilerek görevine tam adapte olmasını sağlamaktır. Firma içinde seçilen hedef gruba uygulanan anketlerle, mevcut durum ve çalışanların eğitim konusundaki beklentileri hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir. Akabinde elde edilen veriler Kalite Fonksiyon Yayılımı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yeni bir eğitim sürecinin uygulamaya konulabilmesi ve sürekli iyileştirmeden bahsedebilmek için ASP.NET ve SQL kullanılarak bir anket sistemi önerilmiştir

ANALYSIS OF CURRENT SITUATION ON EMPLOYEE TRAINING WITH QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT AND A SURVEY SYSTEM DESIGN

Abstract

Organizations that do not see the need for investment in human capital, lose their competitive advantage while those investing in employee training, gain the competitive advantage by adapting to change. In this study realized in Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc., it is aimed to train the employee in the business in the best way and fully adhere to the task. Information about the current situation and the expectations of the employees about the education has been obtained by applying surveys to the selected target group within the company. Then, the obtained data were analyzed using Quality Function Deployment. A survey system is designed to talk about how a new training process can be put into practice and continuously improved
