THE EFFECT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE VOICE

Abstract

Servant leaders, who prioritize the interests of employees over their own interests, care about employees and prioritize their development and well-being. It is thought that employees who think that their leaders value them will engage in vocal behavior. This study aims to reveal the effect of perceived servant leadership on employee voice. The research was conducted in Yalova between March 15, 2023 and June 10, 2023. Within the scope of the research, data were collected from 142 employees. As a result of the research, it was determined that servant leadership positively affects employee voice. According to this result, it was determined that servant leadership is a determinant of employee voice

HİZMETKÂR LİDERLİĞİN ÇALIŞAN SESLİLİĞİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Çalışan menfaatlerini kendi menfaatlerinin önünde tutan hizmetkâr liderler, çalışanları önemseyerek onları geliştirmeyi ve onların iyiliğini ön planda tutar. Liderlerinin kendilerine değer verdiğini düşünen çalışanların seslilik davranışında bulunacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma ile algılanan hizmetkâr liderliğin çalışan sesliliği üzerindeki etkisinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 15 Mart 2023- 10 Haziran 2023 tarihleri arasında Yalova ilinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 142 çalışandan veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hizmetkâr liderliğin çalışan sesliliğini pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuca göre hizmetkâr liderliğin çalışan sesliliğinin bir belirleyicisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
