How should be the management of malign pleural effusions?

Abstract

Cateter and talc pleurodesis is strongly recomended for patients with symptomatic malignant pleural effusion. Large grade talc and thoracoscopic insufflation is recommended.

MPE’da kateter ve talk plörodez semptomatik hastalarda kullanılmalıdır. Talk kullanımında büyük partiküllü olanlar ve yöntem olarak torakoskopik insuflasyon önerilir.
