Junctional tachycardias(JT) are rare supraventricular
tachyarrhythmias observed mainly in infants and children. JT is rare in adult
patients, and it is associated with poor outcomes. In general, these supraventricular tachycardias
respond insufficiently to pharmacological treatment. In this report, we present the case of a 72-year-old patient with
incessant tachyarrhythmia in whom cryoablation of the para-Hisian ectopic focus
was successfully performed.
